SFWr Welcomes Communications Expert J. Robert Parkinson
J. Robert Parkinson, a business columnist for the Sarasota Herald-Tribune, led a workshop at the February 2 meeting of the Sarasota Fiction Writers at Selby Public Library.
Parkinson holds a doctorate in communications from Syracuse University. He is the author of several books, including Becoming a Successful Manager and You Can’t Push a String. As an executive communication coach and a consultant to companies around the world, he helps clients learn how to develop their individual style, skills, and professional image so they deliver clear, complete, and concise messages.
